Financial Donations

Legal Services of Northern Michigan, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization, needs your help to meet the demand for civil legal services in Northern Michigan. Your support is needed to secure justice for low-income families and survivors of abuse in your community now and in the years to come.

Attorney Donations

Legal Services of Northern Michigan participates in the Access to Justice Campaign and encourages your support through the ATJ Fund. The ATJ Campaign is a collaborative centralized campaign, administered by the Michigan State Bar Foundation in partnership with the State Bar of Michigan, to increase resources for seven regional and eight statewide civil legal aid programs in Michigan. 100% of your donation will be distributed to support civil legal aid to the poor throughout Michigan.

Volunteer

Please join us! We recruit, train, and refer pre-screened cases and projects to our Volunteers. And we support Volunteers throughout their cases, with technical assistance and mentoring. We also have short-term volunteerism opportunities through clinic events.
